Diary of a CEO (DOAC) by Steven Bartlett - this is probably the Podcast that I listen to the most consistently. Steven is a brilliant interviewer and I love the diverse guests. That's me above meeting Steven at his recent speaking tour.

Hoka Clifton 9 - this is my favourite brand of sneakers/trainers for my creative walks they have a wide toe box so plenty of space for feet to breathe and also expand in the heat.
